ReviewPro LaunchPad Review (2024): Is Mike Schmidt A Legit Reputation Management Coach?

ReviewPro LaunchPad Review

ReviewPro Launchpad is a course operated by a guy named Mike Schmidt, a digital marketer who might be best known for his umbrella Agency Coach program.

This may sound like kind of a bizarre thing to sell, but Schmidt thinks you should jump into a career where you pitch his reviewing software to new clients (or existing clients) that will help boost more positive reviews while possibly even removing negative ones.

It’s not something that I’ve ever heard of before, but I do understand the importance of reviews when it comes to any kind of business, whether it’s online or otherwise.

With that in mind, it is possible that you could end up making some money from something like this.

And if you’re reading this article, then you must think that there is something to it all. After all, Schmidt goes over this has been launching ads all over social media to try to get more people clicking onto his sales funnel.

But if you’re here, that also means that you likely understand how many scammers are out there these days. Sure, there are more online opportunities than ever before, but that also means the bad guys are prowling more than ever.

It makes sense why people are trying to get out of the rat race. It’s not easy having your paycheck stay the same while everything else gets more expensive, and the economy doesn’t appear to be bouncing back anytime soon. A lot of people are trying to take control of their lives.

Fortunately for you, you’re in the right place.

You see, I’ve been working on articles like this for many years now, and it’s gotten to the point where it’s pretty easy for me to tell who the scammers are and who is actually legit.

So, I’ll take you through the ups and downs of this review launchpad thing, we’ll see how much all of it costs, and I’ll even go over some of the best alternatives out there to make sure we get the right fit for you.

Now, let’s dive into our ReviewPro Launchpad review!

Average Rating

3.00

I just have a hard time giving this training too much credit when all it really is doing is teaching you how to sell software that manicures businesses' online reviews. It's very niche...perhaps too niche. That said, Mike Schmidt has been in the game since 2003 so I will guess that you'll get some decent mentorship from this guy. I hear he can teach you about web design and sales tactics in general, which might be more transferable skills for you. The community seems decent, but I'm not sure it will be enough to overcome the questionable business model.

Pros

  • Businesses will always need reviews, so that means you'll always have a selling point.
  • Mike Schmidt has been in the software world since 2003, which means you won't be getting some rookie.
  • If you can get other (more transferable) skills, that means you could be getting something worthwhile.

Cons

  • When the software is priced too high, which means companies might keep just managing reviews themselves.
  • Schmidt may strongly push for you to join his Agency Coach course as well, which means more costs.
  • You'll have to like sales to enjoy this, which means it's not for everyone.

TLDR – What’s The Verdict On ReviewPro Launchpad?

What's The Verdict On ReviewPro Launchpad

ReviewPro Launchpad is a course ran by Mike Schmidt to help teach students how to cell businesses on his software.

The idea is that this software will generate more reviews for companies, and that could boost their bottom line at the end of the day.

As for the appeal to you, the prospective student, it does make sense that you’d be selling something that is in demand: reviews.

But are you really built for sales?

That might sound like a bit of a challenge, because I am challenging you. If you can’t handle blunt rejection, or at the very least objections, then you can’t handle sales. It’s a very cutthroat industry, and frankly, you’re going to have a lot of these people asking you the same question:

“Why can’t we just handle sales? Why can’t we just handle reviews ourselves?”

It’s a fair question, and I’m sure Schmidt will give you some tips on how to overcome these kind of objections. It seems like this guy has been in the game since 2003, so I do like the level of experience that his mentorship could provide.

By the way, you might notice that his Agency Coach program is the main thing you’ll find about him online. This is because it seems to be his main umbrella program, and he’ll likely try to get you into it as well.

It seems that Schmidt also pitches the software as a way for you to get in with companies and make a quick buck that way, while building trust to pitch them your other services. I think that’s a fairly decent idea, especially if you offer them something like lead generation which can really change the game.

In fact, if you look into Mike Schmidt’s past, you will find that he actually got his start all the way back in the day by providing digital marketing campaigns. He was a little ahead of his time since not everyone really had access to the Internet like we do in the palm of our hands today.

It makes you wonder why he’s not focusing on that aspect instead of this software business he’s been promoting…

…at the end of the day, I’m not sure if you’re going to get rich selling review software

Now, if you’re gonna go down the path of digital marketing, you might as well do it right.

Digital Leasing is a REALLY solid alternative, bringing more customers through the door, and stacking up to $2,000 in your hand per month, per client!

You know what kind of product could be considered “recession-proof“?

Customers.

No one ever gets sick of more profits, so your investments are safe, and you can do it all from the comfort of your own home, while spending time with family and friends.

Their students seem extremely passionate about what they’re doing – not just getting by, but creating their own future.

AreaScoreDescription
Time Investment2/5Lots of learning, especially for a beginner.
Level of Control1/5Selling someone else’s software makes you a hired salesperson, not a boss.
Ease of Implementation2/5Not easy to close sales.
Profit Potential2/5There’s a chance you get a nice cut of sales, but I don’t imagine there will be a lot of them.

As much as it’s nice to find a great money-making program online, man…I gotta say, sometimes the hunt sucks. It’s like you find a great guru, but his business model sucks. Or the opposite, where the industry is sweet but your mentor just has no energy.

So, how do you pick the right program?

Well, Mike’s course might be for you if…

  1. You want a guru with lots of experience
  2. You enjoy the challenge of sales
  3. You really believe review software can be a powerful tool

On the other hand, it probably doesn’t make sense to join up if…

  1. You don’t have the passion for doing this for the rest of your life
  2. You don’t do well under high pressure
  3. You want more control than selling someone else’s software

ReviewPro Launchpad At A 1,000 FT View

ReviewPro Launchpad At A 1,000 FT View

Selling review software mostly falls under the sales business model, as one might expect.

Mike Schmidt is basically training up an army of salespeople to go and make some money from the software that he’s created.

Basically, the software works as you might think: it helps promote or even write positive reviews online that help real customers decide to make a purchase, or it can clean up/respond to negative reviews in a way that clears them out.

A lot of businesses can sink if they get too many negative reviews, and sometimes new businesses can succeed quickly if they gain a ton of positive ones.

There is likely a market here.

However, I would warn that many business owners might be hesitant and think that this sounds like a gimmick of sorts.

It seems that he’s also left the door open for you to pitch other services to these companies as well. This seems like an opportunity where you could utilize a digital marketing business model,.

Digital marketing is the future of the Internet, although it is a bit of a broad industry as a whole. For example, you’re almost doing affiliate marketing work for Mike Schmidt by selling his software for him, whereas lead generation would be your own business entirely.

The idea behind his strategy would be for you to make a great first impression with a business through the software, and then the automatically become a hot lead for any ad agency or lead generation services that you might be able to provide.

On the flip side, if the company finds the software to be redundant or too expensive, that might actually burn your bridges when it comes to other services.

So it’s smart to think of that as well.

At the end of the day, I think that selling review software might be a little too niche, especially if you don’t have strong sale skills, or if you don’t have a better business model to try to pitch alongside this software.

And if you’re going to learn about digital marketing, then I think you should do it directly instead of this weird roundabout way. I do like Schmidt’s experience, but if you’re new to the game and spread out amongst different industries, it might be hard to succeed.

Especially when you’re dealing with this experimental software and borderline affiliate marketing services that aren’t always full of upside, all of this stuff could risk your time and money.

On the other hand, programs like Digital Leasing provide that high-upside, high-stability combo that you really want.

Think about it, you probably wanna provide some good money for your family, but you also wanna make sure you’re spending time with them more often, right?

Life is short, so you wanna make sure you’re not wasting it on the things that don’t matter. A strong start in the local lead generation game can get you where you need to be!

Who Is Mike Schmidt?

who is mike schmidt

Mike Schmidt is based out of Tucson, Arizona, and he is the founder of both Agency Coach and Review Pro Launchpad.

While some people might say that his software for review boosting is not exactly an easy sell, he has been apparently in the world of marketing since 2003, so he’s got plenty of experience.

He got his start at the University of Arizona, where he studied how to get into this kind of stuff one day.

After that, he opened Anchor Wave Internet Solutions in 2003 as I mentioned before…and it was all about how to launch digital marketing campaigns!

That’s right, Mike was a little ahead of his time. I remember 2003, and not everyone even had Internet in their homes back then, nevermind the non-existence of smart phones! I would love to see what some of his campaigns were like back then in comparison to the modern way of doing business online.

Meanwhile, this guy was out here blazing trails and ranking on Google when it was still in its infancy. I’m surprised he hasn’t become a little bit more notorious for his success given all of that, but perhaps this whole review software thing will make him more well known.

He now says that he is a millionaire, and he would love to get as many students as possible out there selling his software.

How Much Does ReviewPro Launchpad Cost?

how much does reviewpro launchpad cost

The ReviewPro Launchpad cost sits at $1,497, which is down about 500 dollars from where it was last year. It’s either gone on sale, or losing some popularity.

There are likely upsells that aren’t disclosed upfront.

What Is Mike Schmidt’s Refund Policy?

Mike Schmidt offers a 30 day refund policy, but it’s always a good idea to check out the fine print to make sure there aren’t any wacky conditions attached.

Personal Opinion On ReviewPro Launchpad

my opinion

So, how do I recommend you choose the right program for making money online?

  • Check out their social media to see if there are any free previews of the guru
  • Think about what it would be like to do this the rest of your life
  • Be sure that there are authentic student reviews out there first

I think Mike’s probably a knowledgeable digital marketer, but I have my doubts about pushing this review software.

But to be fair, how about a quick 3 things I like about his program:

  1. Sales tactics can be useful to have in life
  2. Mike has been doing this since 2003
  3. Refund policy seems fair on the surfance

…and, to be fair, 3 things I don’t really like:

  1. Smaller businesses will likely see this as an unnecessary expense
  2. It seems some of his reviews have been generated by his own software
  3. You may get herded into his Agency Coach program as well, ramping up costs

I’ve also reviewed the One Funnel Away Challenge, a great start for beginners eager to learn funnel strategies, despite missing SEO training and community support.

Plus, I’ve delved into My Marketing Coach by Terry Dean, offering rich digital marketing insights from a seasoned pro, though it lacks one-on-one coaching and vibrant community interaction.

Is There A ReviewPro Launchpad Scam Going On Here?

ReviewPro Launchpad scam” comes up all the time when you look up this course, and it might have even led you to this article!

But does that mean that Mike Schmidt is really running a scam?

It’s tough to say.

Technically, a scam is when someone says they’re gonna do give you a really great program or sell you some nice product, and then you don’t get anything like that at all…in fact, you get nothing, and the salesperson keeps all your money.

I don’t see that happening from a guy who’s been grinding since 2003.

He seems to have real software, and operates a real company.

That said, I do think it’s kind of a tricky business to judge. For example, it seems that Schmidt has actually been ranking his own keywords and operates his own “mikeschmidtreviews” website to paint his program in the right light.

So yeah, it can be a little tricky to find out the truth of what’s really going on here.

I guess you could argue that his ability to rank his reviews on Google is a good thing, although the quality of the pages looks a little outdated.

The best part of this program is when Mike recommends using the software as a lead into selling businesses on other services that you may offer. This opens the door to digital marketing and, ideally, lead generation services in general.

However, that’s clearly not the main focus of what they do over at Agency Coach headquarters. The software is the main focus, which is a little bit too affiliate marketing-ish for me.

If I were recommending getting into digital marketing, which I usually do, then I would say you should just sign up with someone who teaches it to you directly without all the software added on top as the primary focus.

If you’re starting out, you have the whole world in front of you. Make sure you’re choosing the right business model and program that teaches you things the right way, otherwise you’ll just be wasting time and money.

And just because something isn’t technically a scam doesn’t mean it’s the right program for you!

Personally, I gotta keep recommending Digital Leasing.

Digital Leasing takes the stresses of physically leasing out spots and turning them into easier-to-manage websites – it minimizes your risks, and maximizes income!

Who knows? Maybe a few of your clients even tell a few of their friends and your empire grows even bigger.

What’s Inside ReviewPro Launchpad?

whats inside reviewpro launchpad

Mike Schmidt offers a bunch of things within his review pro launchpad program, and it might not be the worst thing to spend your money on if you’re really into finding a niche – especially one that most salespeople don’t explore when it comes to selling to a local business.

  • ReviewPro Launchpad Training Program

As you might guess, this is where you’ll find all the video lessons that Mike lays out for you to study how to sell the software and what the software actually does. It doesn’t sound like you get a lot of access to live trainings this way, but it’s better than nothing.

  • ReviewPro Mastermind Community

Another self-explanatory heading, the mastermind community is where all of the world’s super villain masterminds gather to plan their takeover of planet earth! Just kidding. This kind of thing is usually either on a Facebook group or on a private server, where students can bounce ideas off each other.

  • ReviewLead Reseller & Certified Partner

This is a very fancy way of saying that you are now an affiliate and or a salesperson who has the privilege of selling Mike Schmidt’s software and courses for him. It’s not clear on what exactly the commission percentages are, so you should ask if you’re going to seriously pursue this thing.

  • “Perfect Proposal” Template & Contract Training

This is where you’ll get sales strategy training from Mike Schmidt, and he’ll even provide you with templates to use for cold emails and contracts to send over when you’ve closed and on a lead. This is very important for people who have no sales experience, and need a head start.

  • Web & Digital Agency Proposal Kit

This is where he seems to finally get into the digital marketing side of things, but I really don’t like how it’s just latched on at the very end when it should really be the entire focus of the program! The software should be a nice bonus, in my opinion. Not the main feature.

Conclusion Of My Mike Schmidt Review

So, should you risk it all and jump into ReviewPro Launchpad?

I don’t think so.

Of course it’s possible that you could make some money using the sales tactics taught by Mike Schmidt, but I just think there are so many better options out there.

I think an experienced salesperson doesn’t need to sell this random software, and a beginner has the whole world in front of them and shouldn’t limit themselves.

Schmidt has been doing this a long time, so I don’t think you’re headed for any big trouble if you really obsessed with his program for some reason…but other than that, I really think there are better alternatives for you out there.

Think about it: what if you end up spending a bunch of time and money on this program, just to realize that you want to learn more about digital marketing exclusively instead of all this review software? Then you’re back to square one, and increasing your cost of time and money significantly.

Not my idea of a fun time!

On the flip side, Digital Leasing is “evergreen,” meaning it works no matter what’s going on in the economy, because it’s got something that businesses will always demand no matter what:

Customers.

Who knows, maybe you’ll even work from the beach one day…
