The Lead Simplify software is all about AI helping you filling out forms, setting up calls, and sending out cold call emails to see if you can get people to buy into what you’re selling.
The Page Rewriter is basically a way to get AI to write blog “content” for you. Instead of having to churn out your own articles to help boost SEO scores, you can have AI or foreign workers do it for you.
These are all going to deliver additional expenses to your bank account, from monthly fees to a “credit” system. Martin’s program is basically all about teaching you how to use these programs instead of doing it all yourself.
As you might guess, that means that you should probably already be a bit of an expert in the field of digital marketing before jumping in.
While you may be able to get by just learning how to do things this way, it’s a little dangerous to operate a business without really understanding how everything works. Think about it – if a business wants to have a phone call with you about what you do, do you really wanna say “I just run the AI software, man.”
You’ll lose the client immediately.
You might also ask yourself: why the heck isn’t everyone using AI-written content to churn out articles?!
The answer is that AI writing does have risks: they are often sourcing a lot of content from existing blogs, and that means a lot of plagiarizing and spammy-type writing.
These days, readers are better than ever at figuring out what wasn’t really written by a human (or an English speaker), and they’ll click off of your page as soon as they notice that. And then you have to consider things like the Google algorithm that does NOT like plagiarized red flags on pages.
Now, the only question remains…is Martin really running the best program to help give all the right knowledge to you?
While it’s hard to go wrong with this business model, I do have to wonder if this is the right way to learn about digital marketing. I also don’t really like the absence of authentic user reviews, especially from a guy who’s been doing this for so long.

He lives in the Manchester area of the UK with his family, where he operates his SEO and lead gen empire.
He’s been known for a couple other courses in the past, like Master Local SEO and Hybrid Lead Generation.
While he used to teach the basics of the biz, it seems these days he’s more focused on selling leads than generating them.
He doesn’t operate his own agency anymore, instead handing it off to his family and trying to focus on automation at this point.

- See if you can find real student reviews
I think Martin is ok, but there are plenty of better options.
But to be fair, how about a quick 3 things I like about his program:
- Local lead gen is the best business model
- Lots of experience
- Knows how to sell high ticket products
…and, to be fair, 3 things I don’t really like:
- His costs are extremely high
- No student reviews means you might feel like a guinea pig
- Not for beginners

“Rank and Rent Masterclass scam” pops up all the time when you search up this course.
So, is Mike Martin really running a scam here?
Probably not.
A scammer is usually someone who lies to you about what you’re spending your money on, then gives you no good or services at all – you see this a lot in MLMs.
That’s almost certainly not what’s happening here.
At the very least, you’ll get a real program that knows a lot about digital marketing, and can probably point you in the right direction.
You’re definitely gonna get SOME value here.
I just worry about all the extra “bells and whistles” that you’ll be pushed toward. Do you really need the software? Is it really worth it? Could it actually HURT you if you’re just a beginner starting out?!
And then again, if you’re an expert who could afford all this stuff – then why would you need help from someone who isn’t really interested in the lead generation industry these days?

I do think Mike Martin has a great business model…

All this focus on software just seems like a luxury that’ll raise your expenses a ton. It’s definitely not for beginners, and if you’re already an expert…do you really need this guy’s help?
It’s cool to have info on how to rank via search engines, but you’re gonna need a true mentor to elevate your game to the next level. And it can actually hurt your SEO agency if you get caught using AI that copies from other websites or just doesn’t convert leads well.
You need to go out and get with a local lead generation system like Digital Leasing, where there’s tons of opportunity for you to go out and snag that financial freedom you’re after.
