TLDR – What’s The Verdict On The Modern Millionaires Program?
Modern Millionaires is a lead generation program, which I regard as one of the most reliable business models out there.
However, it’s not my #1 recommendation for making consistent easy money online. That honor goes to Digital Leasing.
You see, there’s a smart way and a dumb way to do things in lead generation.
The dumb way involves chasing clients and using either outdated templates or poor-performing ones.
I’ve tried using Facebook ads to get cheap leads that never buy or even answer the phone.
This creates a ton of client turnover, forces you to do a lot of selling, as well as endless experimenting with different types of ads and campaigns. What a nightmare!
With all due respect, this old-school method is the business model that Modern Millionaires will teach you. It’s more of a self-created job than a path to freedom.

I might recommend you join Modern Millionaires if:
- you’re already experienced in making money with lead generation but you want to learn more about doing so with paid ads on Google and Facebook.
- you can afford to hire someone to run paid ads on your behalf but you’re looking for advice on how to work with them
- you have plenty of money to launch an online business and you’re OK with losing some initially.
However, this course is not for you if
- you’re a complete beginner to the lead generation business model
- you want full insight into the various techniques to make money this way
- you want to start making profits in the next few weeks

What Business Model Does Modern Millionaires Teach?
Modern Millionaires teaches you how to make money with local lead generation.
This involves introducing local business owners to people who are in the market for their products. You’re a matchmaker of sorts!
Chance and Abdul focus on a specific brand of lead generation using paid ads on Google and Facebook. Their course will teach how to create a lead generation agency.
My main issue is: there are other forms of local lead generation that I’ve found to be more effective.
Many business owners signing up to a lead generation agency may want you to know about these as well.
That’s why I recommend lead generation courses like this one that also teach you SEO and web development.

Who are Chance and Abdul?
Abdul Samed and Chance Welton have been in the online money-making game for a long time.
Much like me, they were fed up with trading their time for a salary. They wanted a life of fun and freedom, and were willing to invest in an online course to get it!
In 2014, they both enrolled in a lead generation course called “Job Killing” created by Dan Klein. After making a lot of money using the skills learned in that course, they met at one of Dan Klein’s live events.
Before long, they had teamed up to create an online course of their own, teaching other people how to build their own local lead agency business.
They’re not the only internet marketing gurus making money this way. I’ve reviewed similar digital marketing courses by James Bonadies and Nick Tan to name just two.
How Much Does Modern Millionaires Cost?
Like any modern digital marketing course these days, Modern Millionaires is available in different tiers. During my research, I found three tiers on offer, although I’ve since heard reports about some tiers being discontinued.
Here’s a summary of the three tiers that you’ll have to choose between if you decide to buy Modern Millionaires training. It includes the most up-to-date pricing structure I could find.
- Do It Yourself. This basic package costs $7,995. You get access to all training videos, the private Facebook community and live streams run by the Modern Millionaires coaches. From there, you’re on your own.
- Done With You. This package costs $12,995. You’ll get everything from the DIY package, plus group coaching. This means that if you get stuck, you can fall back on the advice of an experienced coach.
- Agency Automated. The most expensive tier costs $19,995. This gives you access to one-on-one coaching with a member of Chance and Abdul’s team. You’ll also be granted access to sell a product called Leadific and will even be sent leads to close.
I found a few reports online suggesting that Chance and Abdul are shutting down the Agency Automated tier, as they were unable to fulfill the demand.
Either way, please note that you won’t be working directly with Chance and Abdul in any of these tiers. Nowadays they appear in marketing videos that persuade you to buy the course. They delegate the real work to other coaches.
You’ll still need to spend money after this initial investment in the Modern Millionaires course. The business model being taught will teach you to generate leads with paid traffic. You’ll need to pay the ad cost with your own money.
Is Modern Millionaires legit?
I’ve seen plenty of people online asking: is Modern Millionaires legit? The answer I like to give is: Well, I guess it’s OK?
It would be wrong to warn you about a Modern Millionaires scam. After all, it’s a perfectly respectable lead generation program.
It’s just not the smartest way to make money using lead generation.
This program focuses exclusively on generating leads using Facebook and Google ads. In my experience, these are the most time-consuming platforms.
You’ll need to dedicate many hours to checking your campaigns and addressing potential over-spending, especially when one platform decides to update its algorithm.
(I can tell you from experience, this happens a lot).
Digital Leasing has taken the lead generation model and strapped it onto a rocket ship. It has innovated on every part of the business model making it easy for anyone to make money online.
Imagine investing a couple of hours a day of spare time in a single digital asset and being rewarded with rental payments of $500 to $2,000 every month.
Now picture getting started today and receiving your first payment within a week. And doubling it the next week.

My Personal Opinion On Modern Millionaires
I have a lot of experience with local lead generation. I’ve learned how to run paid ads on Google and Facebook. I’ve learned even more effective strategies involving SEO, website building and ads on other social media platforms.
I have a lot of respect for what Chance and Abdul have achieved. Their course has helped people make money.
But I wouldn’t recommend it to most people because they only teach students about running paid ads on Facebook and Google.
That makes them like piano teachers who only know a couple of songs.
These guys are really good at what they teach, but there’s a lot more to local lead generation in the modern day.
There are other skills that can make life much easier for you. Skills that potential clients will expect you to have.
And you won’t learn these in the Modern Millionaires course.
This guy wrote a Modern Millionaires review on TrustPilot to let the world know he was disappointed with the curriculum.
I knew the basics of local lead generation before I invested in the Digital Leasing, but this course took my knowledge and expanded it to new depths.
It taught me just how easy it could be to earn consistent payments of $500 – $2,000 by selling digital real estate.
I was able to rent digital assets to local business owners while only working for a couple of hours per day. This brought me a life of low stress and personal freedom that I’ve been enjoying ever since.

If you join Modern Millionaires, you’ll be presented with a series of training videos to help you learn how to generate leads with paid ads.

You’ll learn how to choose a niche, set up your business and create your agency website. This will include buying a memorable domain name, which can help with attracting clients. The module includes mindset lessons for developing a successful business.
Module 2: Prospecting And Sales
You’ll discover what prospecting is, how to research your target market and how to use an online CRM.
There are lessons in this module on reaching out to potential clients via cold email and closing deals, although this isn’t as extensive as the advice you’d find in a digital marketing course.
Module 3A: Driving Traffic With Google Ads
This module is the heart of the course and includes plenty of detail. You’ll discover how to use Google Ads to attract people to your website.
You’ll also learn how to use Google Analytics to analyze how well your paid advertising campaigns are performing, although Google offers an extensive free course on this.
Module 3B: Driving Traffic (Facebook)
This module is similarly detailed although it focuses on Facebook instead of Google Ads. You’ll become a master of using Facebook to generate leads after completing this module.
Module 3C: Lead Development
This section ties up everything you learned in Modules 3A and 3B. You’ll find out how to transform your paid traffic into paying customers.
Module 4: Auto-Pilot
The final module will offer tips on how to automate your business so you can make money more passively. You’ll learn a lot about hiring and training employees.
There are some interesting insights on outsourcing tasks, although it’s not easy to find capable employees at a good price.
Alongside the Modern Millionaires course content, you’ll get access to a private Facebook group and live streams from the Modern Millionaires coaches. However, I’ve spotted a few reviews online from paying clients who have complained about the level of support offered.
How Does Modern Millionaires Compare To Other Lead Generation Programs?
I’ve reviewed a lot of lead generation courses over the years, and I’d say there are many which are superior to the Modern Millionaires program.
Here and the main differences between the Modern Millionaires course and superior products.
- Other courses will teach you a variety of lead generation methods, whereas Modern Millionaires will only help you with Facebook and Google ads.
- Other courses offer direct help from the gurus who market it, whereas Modern Millionaires doesn’t.
- Other courses operate with an air of professionalism, whereas Modern Millionaires has been accused of being unable to fulfil their promises.
There are more comprehensive and cost-effective lead generation courses out there.
Personally, I’d recommend you choose the lead generation course that helps me earn $500 – $2,000 pay checks on a consistent basis.
The Modern Millionaires Review: My Conclusion
The final verdict of this Modern Millionaires review is that you shouldn’t buy it.
It’s not a bad course. Chance and Abdul aren’t bad people.
However, you’ll only learn the basics of local lead generation via Google ads and Facebook ads. That’s a poor deal for the amount of money you’ll spend.
