TLDR – What’s The Verdict On Local Marketing Vault
Local Marketing Vault is one of the most impressive lead generation courses I’ve seen. It’s definitely in my top three.
However, for all its merits, I can’t recommend it as the #1 course for you to buy.
Here’s why.
While Local Marketing Vault focuses exclusively on how to create Facebook and Google ads, there’s not much focus on converting your clicks into customers.
There’s also little attention paid to other lead generation methods outside of these two tech giants.
So, when it comes time to offer your services to local business owners, you’ll often lose out to the lead generation expert who can do it all.
It’s better to become the expert who can solves all the client’s problems, I’d say.
I’ve found a program that can help you master the art of lead generation through various high-income skill sets.
There’s a great support network, so you’ll never be short of assistance when you have questions. Plus, it goes beyond Google and Facebook to explore a set of other methods to generate leads.

Who Benefits From Local Marketing Vault & Who Doesn’t?
There are some people who might benefit from buying Local Marketing Vault.
It could be a great fit if:
- Your heart is set on learning how to create pay-per-click (PPC) ads on Facebook and Google.
- You’re already working with PPC ads and would like to boost your skills with lessons from experienced gurus.
- You are happy to spend big money and put in a lot of hours to develop this skill.
However, as I mentioned, there are courses out there that’ll teach you a wider skill set for a similar amount of time and hours invested. Check out this course first and compare the two.

How Does Local Lead Generation Work With Paid Ads?
Local Marketing Vault teaches you how to generate leads for local small businesses with Facebook ads and Google ads.
These appear at the top of relevant Google search results or within the Facebook news feed for relevant customers.
These ads can spread awareness of any business, which should lead to more sales. The drawback is: business owners will pay a fee for every person who clicks a Google ad and lands on their website. On Facebook, they’ll pay based on how many people see the advert.
This means it’s important to make your ads as cost-effective as possible.
But here’s the thing.
Google ads and Facebook ads are complicated. You’ll lose a lot of money if you make a mistake.
That’s why so many local business owners hire a proven expert to handle this element of their marketing.
Local Marketing Vault aims to transform you into that proven expert. It’ll teach you not only how to create winning ads on both platforms but also how to persuade local business owners to pay for your services.
However, you won’t learn all the information you need.
As we’ve discussed, you won’t learn how to generate leads organically or how to create winning landing pages that turn these leads into customers.
There are agencies out there that offer all of these services to local business owners.
If you invest in Local Marketing Vault, it might be more accurate to label your business as a ‘paid ads agency’ instead.
Jason McKim and James Bonadies Review: Who Are The Gurus Behind Local Marketing Vault?
Jason McKim and James Bonadies both have similar backstories that led them to start their own marketing agency.
Jason was a former sales consultant who decided to learn internet marketing. He had a cushy job running a law firm’s marketing strategy. Eventually, this law firm downsized and asked to hire him on a retainer instead of as an employee. That’s when everything clicked and he realized how much extra money he could make as a marketing agency owner.
Now for a short James Bonadies review. James was a former Vice Principal who realized that education would never pay him the big bucks. He tried a ton of methods for making money online before going all-in on his lead generation business. He has made around $7 million investing in real estate as well, according to the Local Marketing Vault website.
Both entrepreneurs grew their respective agencies into 8-figure businesses before teaming up to create Local Marketing Vault in 2017.
Together, they have helped thousands of students make their first $1,000 online, with several of them becoming millionaires.

How Much Does Local Marketing Vault Cost?
It’s not easy to discover how much Local Marketing Vault costs.
To access the course, you’re encouraged to watch James Bonadies’ free webinar, where he explains the local lead generation model in great detail. From there, you’re asked to book a free strategy session with a Local Marketing Vault team member. In this session, you’ll be pitched to buy the course.
It’s possible that different students are being charged different prices. However, most Local Marketing Vault reviews from former students suggest it’ll cost you $2,994-$6,000.
Many reports suggest that payment plans are available.
Local Marketing Vault Refund Policy
You can claim a refund on your Local Marketing Vault purchase within 72 hours, as per the law in New Jersey.
My Personal Opinion On Local Marketing Vault
Local Marketing Vault is a legitimately useful course, but it’s not for everyone.
You’ll need a decent understanding of tech to get acquainted with the various software. It’ll require sales skills to convince a business owner to buy your product.
That’s why you’ll find a lot of Local Marketing Vault reviews from customers who didn’t make any money.
If you want to attract clients on recruit difficulty, I’d suggest learning all the skills that local business owners are looking for (that’s what I did).
Local Marketing Vault dives deep on topics like Google ads, Facebook ads and creating funnels. They go above and beyond by providing ‘done for you’ sales funnels and a ‘concierge’ support service.
You’ll get a lot of value for the course.
But I can’t recommend it as the #1 course in the lead generation niche.
There are still vital skills that are barely taught or completely ignored in this course.
And that’s only going to lead to you creating a sub-par lead generation agency.
A lot of business owners who are looking for experts to run more than Google and Facebook. Many expect an ad agency to be competent at converting traffic into leads.
Until James and Jason expand the course to teach these skills, I won’t feel comfortable suggesting that anyone should buy it.

This comprehensive training program covers everything you need to know about launching a digital marketing agency, offering three months of group coaching calls and access to a private Facebook community for networking with other students.
Should I Worry About A Local Marketing Vault Scam?
You might have seen social media posts talking about a Local Marketing Vault scam.
In my experience, you often have to take these with a pinch of salt.
Often, it’s the case that the customer didn’t make any money with a legit course but they’re not ready to blame themselves.
Then, they take to the internet calling the guru a ‘scammer’ because they weren’t offered their money back.
That’s why it’s important to look for unbiased reviews from an expert with no skin in the game.
I always investigate scam accusations during my reviews so I can give an accurate account of a guru’s authenticity.
But, in this case, I could barely find any customers calling Jason McKim or James Bonadies a ‘scammer’.
The only accusations I spotted were being made by people who didn’t buy the course.
To me, it’s clear that the gurus behind this course are legit.
I’m saying this as someone who has taken and reviewed plenty of online business courses.
James and Jason have helped thousands of students. Their methods do work.
It’s just that there are few gaps in their curriculum, which are likely to leave students disadvantaged in their fight for clients
Most people would find it easier to find high-paying clients if they develop the full lead generation skill set.
It’s easier to persuade clients to work with you when you can solve all their digital marketing problems.
In this case, you’ll find it a lot easier to keep hold of your clients as well.
By making them ads that attract clicks and convert well, they’ll surely be excited to keep paying you again and again.
And there’ll barely be whiff of customer service required. Happy clients are quiet clients.
This is the path to ‘semi-passive income’ that you desire.
I’m not big on traveling, but my friends are…
They’ve been to Thailand and Indonesia already this year. Soon, they’ll be flying out to enjoy the European summer.
While they’re at it, their bank balance will continue to grow thanks to passive payments from their lead generation clients.
If they want to make more money, they can use a simple copy-paste process to find a new business owner who won’t need much persuading to work with me.
If that sounds like a great deal, you can click here to learn more about the course that created this life for me.

Conclusion: Should You Join Local Marketing Vault?
This course has some great information, but it’s a no from me.
There are significant gaps in the information you’ll receive here. You’ll learn how to be a local lead generation business, but you’re unlikely to be the best in town.
I’m an experienced player in the local lead generation game, so I know it’s not enough to just understand the basic of Facebook and Google ads.
You’ll also benefit by learning how to
- write high-converting copy
- rank your landing pages well in search engine results pages
- understand other advertising platforms outside of Google and Facebook
I’ve found a course that taught me all these skills on top of everything Local Marketing Vault has to offer. Click here to check it out.
What Is My #1 Way To Make Money Online In 2024?
It’s time to get real with my readers for a moment.
This Local Marketing vault review isn’t based on a gut feeling. It’s based on years of experience and know-how.
I’ve been in the local lead generation game for a long time.
On top of that, I’ve spent years reviewing dozens of business models and thousands of programs.
While there may be no “perfect business,” the research IS conclusive:
Digital Leasing is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.
That’s true whether you’re an online marketing newbie or an experienced entrepreneur who never really “made it.”
Why?
1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle with a lead generation agency.
And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money.
Imagine taking 3 months off to tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.
This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.
2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: Unlike other lead generation models, Digital Leasing gives you full ownership over every single asset, which means you have all the power and all the control.
3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Leasing with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.
Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.
4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).
Each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.
Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.
5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With Digital Leasing, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:
Small business owners always need more customers. With Digital Leasing, you’re unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.
You make money by helping them make money.
Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.
Once you see how Digital Leasing makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.
So, the choice is yours.
Are you ready to join a program that makes your dreams a reality? At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students who are living life on their own terms.
A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.
All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it?
If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Leasing.
