The course takes a little while to get going, but it seems like you're going to get some good information here. Plus, it's regularly updated. Iman charges up to $2500 for his coaching, and he's giving you some of that as part of the program. It also looks like the private community is quite engaged.

  • There's definitely money to be made in social media, so this is a legit business model.

Iman Gadzhi is giving his students a set of courses that helps them start their own business and become successful agency owners.

The first course Iman was offering on this theme was his Agency Incubator program, but it seems this is now unavailable. Instead, this has morphed into the Agency Navigator program.

It seems like it’s basically an updated version of the same stuff. So what exactly is the course all about?

Well, Iman is helping his students to offer marketing services to potential clients. Using things like social media and other digital marketing channels, you should have your successful business up and running before you can click your fingers.

At least, that’s the plan.

You might think you need comprehensive training to become a top digital marketer and to compete with the established agencies out there. Personally, I think you’d be right.

Iman’s Personal Route To Social Media Marketing Success

Iman, though, sees it a little differently. He knows better than me, I suppose. He’s made a killing with ad campaigns, paid traffic strategies, and all the other stuff digital marketing agencies do for their clients.

He believes he can turn this real world experience into something sharp and targeted. Rather than offering a fully-comprehensive course, he delivers a few weeks worth of targeted learning, followed up with Iman Gadzhi’s own exclusive bonuses.

That’s fine. After all, there’s a lot of stuff to learn out there. Not all of it is going to be that useful to you on your journey to a six figure SMMA business, a successful ad agency, and a bankable social media presence.

Also, Iman backs it up with weekly coaching calls and a bunch of resources you can use on your journey. So don’t be fooled by the fact that the course is over in seven weeks, or by the fact that it takes two weeks to get to any of the practical stuff… you should still be learning something here.

But Will What You’re Learning Really Be Enough?

The thing about this business model is its incredibly cut-throat. With so much competition out there, only the strongest online businesses can survive.

That takes more than just sales skills… that takes a solid and well-rounded set of capabilities, and nerves of steel. I’m not quite sure you’re getting all of this with Iman’s programs.

Also, there’s the question of the Agency Incubator and Agency Navigator worth. Do you want to simply make a bit more money, while trading in your time and your health? Or do you want something that sets you free to live the life you want to live?

It’s always going to be the latter…

And that’s before we get onto those bad reviews floating around in places like Reddit and Quora. I don’t want to dwell on these too much. I’m sure that for every terrible Agency Navigator review there are a bunch of Agency Navigator success stories out there were just not hearing about. That’s the way human psychology works… especially on the internet.

But for me these reviews are just the final frosting on a pretty under-whelming cake. The business model was strike one, the course’s lack of weight was strike two… the reviews just delivered the final knockout blow in a contest that was already long over.

So What’s The Alternative Here…?

Let’s just backtrack a little bit to what I’ve already mentioned earlier…

You need something that…

  1. … is comprehensive
  2. … gives you the space to grow
  3. … helps you take control of your life

For me, that something was local lead generation and Digital Leasing…

  2. The agency market is already jam-packed – I recommend local lead generation because it’s basically immune to over-saturation. You’ve got a whole bunch of niche’s to choose from, and once you’ve decided on one, you can make it your own.
  3. You’ll be able to scale up your business by adding more sites – And once these sites are up and running, you’ll create passive income and achieve real financial freedom. This is simply not possible with a digital marketing agency these days… no matter how much you’re outsourcing.

For starters, let’s clear something up. We’ve got two courses here, offering more or less the same thing… a way to build and scale your social media marketing agency.

The first course is the Agency Incubator, but it seems this is not available right now.

Iman is instead directing students to the Agency Navigator course. Seemingly, this is an updated version of the original.

Business Model: Social Media Marketing Agency

First the Incubator course, and now the Navigator program, are all about helping you to break into the world of social media marketing.

This means building up a roster of current clients, and giving them the social media marketing services they need to really thrive. So you’ll be doing things like running ads, developing social profiles, and converting likes and shares into dollars and cents for your clients.

It’s a legit business model. Previously Facebook was all alone at the top of the social media pile, but now there are a ton of different options for aspiring marketers to explore. From YouTube and Twitter/X, to relative newcomers like TikTok, there’s definitely money to be made here.

But before you whip out your wallet and put down a chunk of your savings on this course, here are a few things to bear in mind…

  1. There are around 45,000 digital marketing agency business entities operating in the USA right now… that’s an awful lot of competition.
  2. Social media marketing sounds new and shiny, but it’s actually pretty old. Facebook Ads was launched all the way back in 2006! This means the big hitters in this field have had a long time to corner their market. If you’re getting on board now, you’ve got a lot of catching up to do.
  3. Keeping costs low is really difficult in this market. Iman teaches things like using automated tools and outsourcing, but this can lead to big compromises in quality.

Providing a great service to your clients, while still maintaining a sustainable business model, is getting really tough.

The Iman Gadzhi Review – Who Is The Guru?

To properly review these courses, I need to do a bit of an Iman Gadzhi review too.

Iman’s story is pretty impressive. He was a high school dropout who proved that book smarts are not necessarily everything… aged just 17, he started his own company, and says he made more than $300,000 after just a single year of trading.

To navigate all those startup costs, business pitfalls, and common mistakes, and to still end up profitable after only a year… that’s quite impressive. To do all all of that, and end up with over 300k… now that’s incredible.

I really do get way people want to follow Iman to the ends of the Earth. He managed to turn a pretty negative situation into an amazing one, and that’s always going to be inspiring.

How Much Does The Iman Gadzhi Course Cost?

The Agency Incubator course has now given way to the Agency Navigator course instead. So how much are we looking at?

Well, you can get instant access to the Navigator for $1497.

It seems there is a refund policy attached to this… 100% of your money back if you apply within the first seven days.

There’s also Iman’s coaching, which he says costs up to $2,500 per hour! You get a few weekly calls included with your course fee.

Is There an Iman Gadzhi Scam You Need To Worry About?

This is always going to be a big part of any Agency Incubator review… is there an Iman Gadzhi scam you need to know about, or is Iman Gadzhi legit?

Normally I’d like to check out all the positive reviews in places like Trustpilot and Yelp… and weigh those up against the less positive ones to work out what’s going on here. But Iman doesn’t have any of those right now.

So that means delving a little deeper into the internet swamp. I’m talking places like Quora and Reddit.

Over here, things aren’t looking great. Check out this Redditor, who had a six point thesis on all the stuff Iman was doing wrong.

Others were a little bit kinder, but were still pretty damning about Iman’s online courses.

There was a similar vibe over on Quora. The consenus over here seemed to be that Iman is not out to scam anyone, but that the stuff Agency Incubator and Agency Navigator teaches is actually not worth much.

There were various other posts comments and general chit-chat about him being a scammer. But this guy at least offered a voice of reason…

Even by the standards of Reddit and Quora this is a bit of a mess. I expect a whirlwind of negative comments and general finger-pointing, but this is more like a Cat-5 hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico… it’s a storm you don’t want anywhere near you.

This is why I’m a bit more inclined to go along with this last guy… the Trendline News guy. If you’ve got something you like, something you think no-one else could possible have a problem with… I guarantee you there’ll be someone on Reddit who hates it.

I’d say it’s pretty laughable to say Iman Gadzhi is a scammer. Instead, he’s one of the many online gurus out there offering legit program content, that may eventually lead to some success stories from his students.

He’s giving you a set of online business courses. That’s what he’s advertising, that’s what you’re paying for, and that’s what he’s giving you.

I think the problem that some people have right now is that they think legit = super-easy fast track to money making… something that’s going to work every time without fail.

That’s not what’s going on here. Instead, the course is giving you a chance at being an agency owner. I’m sure some of Iman’s students achieve this goal, and I’m sure many don’t. That’s how this kind of program works.

If someone sells you a pair of Air Jordans, you won’t sue them if you’re not playing for the Cavaliers in six months. Signing up for an agency business course is kind of like this.

My Personal Opinion On Iman And His Agency Incubator Course

Here’s my personal view point on Iman Gadzhi and the Agency Incubator course.

First of all, let’s get the big talking point out of the way. All those bad reviews. Now, I’m not going to waste too much time on this. If I wanted to get into an argument for no reason, I’d stroll down to Yankee Stadium yelling “Micky Mantle is overrated”… and I’m definitely NOT going to be doing that.

But they are worth mentioning, as lots of them are pretty bad. Personally, I wouldn’t put too much faith in internet loudmouths. However, the fact there are so many bad reviews does suggest lots of people aren’t that happy with what they’re getting from Iman.

Now, Onto My More Pressing Concerns…

  1. I don’t know if you’re getting the full picture with this course…

The course is only seven weeks long. And the first two of those weeks are intro and mindset modules.

This is fine, but when you’re nearly 30% of the way into the course and you haven’t got to the practical stuff yet, you’re probably going to start getting a bit inpatient.

  1. I’m not sure that the digital marketing world is really the best place for business success right now…

Do you know how many digital marketing agencies there are in the USA right now? No…? Take a guess. If you said “tens of thousands”, then you’re probably pretty near the mark.

Some believe there are as many as 45,000 digital marketing areas operating in the country as of 2023. That’s not just a huge amount of competition… that’s a market that’s way past saturated and is about ready to burst!

I tend to pay more attention to these issues than a few people arguing online. This isn’t hear-say or conjecture… these are things that could genuinely trip you up when you approach this business model.

This is why I don’t recommend this program for most people.

So What Do I Recommend…?

Something that has worked for me personally was local lead generation. And the way I got into this particular market was through Digital Leasing…

Digital Leasing works on the rank-and-rent model. You build yourself a simple but effective website, you make sure it ranks for key search terms in your niche, and then you reach out to local business people in your area.

We’re talking people like emergency window repair firms, or sports injury physiotherapists. These are things that customers don’t want to wait around for.

You lease your website out to these partners. That steady stream of solid leads you’re bringing in is worth tens of thousands of dollars to local businesses, and so they are only too happy to give you a regular income of several thousand dollars in return.

All in all, this means…

  1. Way more stability than you’d get from a social media marketing agency – You’re not fighting it out with your competitors, because you’re getting a solid digital rental income, in a niche you control.
  2. The chance to do something great for your local community – Don’t get me wrong, social media agencies are great. But they’re not keeping your local business community afloat. That’s exactly what you can do with Digital Leasing.
  3. A way to live your life to the full – Even if you do run a successful agency, you’re still trading your time and effort for money. With your digital rental property, you’ve got as close to a passive income business as you can possibly get. You’ll be scoring big returns with less than an hour of work a day.

My Iman Gadzhi Review: What’s The Conclusion?

Thanks for sticking with me on this Iman Gadzhi course review. It’s been quite a wild ride, so let’s take a few moments to recap…

I’d say this is a pretty good course, although the first couple of weeks might seem a little slow. There’s coaching and a private community included, and you’ve also got a load of bonus resources… all-in-all, pretty good.

But what worries me are three things…

  1. There are far too many bad reviews to ignore.
  2. I think the course misses out on some important parts of running a marketing agency.
  3. The business model itself is standing-room-only… it’s already packed with competitors and making your mark these days is hard.

So, after weighing everything up, I just can’t recommend this one.
