Max will be the first to admit that launching a successful online coaching business takes hard work. Indeed, his ad-free methods of online marketing will require a lot of hustle.

You’ll need to:

It’s marketing that most online coaches struggle with.
A lot of coaches try to promote themselves with online ads or by ranking well in search engine results.
Max Tornow says you don’t need these avenues to make your first $10,000. Instead, Max’s teachings mostly focus on creating social media content and reaching out to people who engage with it.

Max Tornow Review: Is He The Real Deal?
It wouldn’t be right to conduct a Max Tornow review without mentioning how he first rose to internet fame. Max was a successful dating coach for the controversial men’s self-help company Real Social Dynamics (RSD).
He left this company as it was facing a global backlash for supposedly giving misogynist advice.
With no real business experience other than what he learned at RSD, he founded Freedom Business Mentoring and hasn’t looked back. In December 2023, the company earned the ClickFunnels ‘2 Comma Award’ for breaking $10 million in sales.
Max has more than 85,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel where he interviews successful graduates from this program and shares entrepreneurial tips.

How Much Does Freedom Business Mentoring Cost?
To discover what Freedom Business Mentoring costs, you’ll need to schedule a consultation call with a member of his sales team.
Many online reviews have revealed different prices that they were quoted. It seems like most people pay between $3,000 – $5,000, although the price may have risen since these reviews were written.
Freedom Business Mentoring Refund Policy
The terms of service of Max Tornow’s holding company ‘GG Mentoring’ says that each product has its own refund policy. That’s as much official guidance as I could find on refunds.
With that said, I also found many reviews from angry Freedom Business Mentoring students who could not secure a refund.
There are plenty of well-known courses (like Wealthy Affiliate and Rapid Profit Machine) which have strict ‘no refund’ policies, but I always interpret that as a vote of no confidence in your course or your students.
My Personal Opinion On Freedom Business Mentoring
During my investigation of Freedom Business Mentoring, I couldn’t find any reasons to dislike this course.
Sure, there are some negative reviews floating around the internet, but there are also plenty of testimonials from people who benefit from the course.
If you’re a random dude who has had dreams of becoming an online coach, you shouldn’t expect too much from this course.
But if you’re a skilled coach who wants to learn some extra marketing tips, go ahead and sign up.
I also have reviews for two other courses you might find interesting. The AIVA Method by Luke Darling offers a training course to help you develop Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) using artificial intelligence, with one-on-one coaching and a private Facebook group for networking.
Tyler Narducci’s Profit Peak Co program is a done-for-you service that aims to build a marketing agency business for you, but it lacks training for running the business yourself, relies on limited traffic sources, and has an inactive Facebook community, making it hard to recommend.
Should I Worry About A Freedom Business Mentoring Scam?
From what I’ve seen, there’s no reason to worry about a Freedom Business Mentoring scam.
The course has legitimately useful advice. The coaches turn up to the live calls. You’re delivered everything that’s advertised.
The main concern that I spotted in negative reviews surrounded Max’s sales team. Many people claim they were too aggressive and would say whatever it takes to get your money, even if you’re not suitable for the coaching program.
If this is true, they’ll only end up with more disappointed customers.
After all, most online coaching markets are super-competitive. You’ll have to be exceptionally talented and knowledgeable to succeed. If you don’t have a lot of talent or knowledge, no online course is going to help you make $10,000/month coaching.
That’s why most people would be better off studying an easier online business model like Digital Leasing.
With this model, it takes a few weeks to learn how to make your first lead generation asset, and it’s not hard to persuade someone to rent it from you.
If this asset is producing $10,000s worth of leads, why wouldn’t someone want to hand over $500 – $2,000 per month for the privilege?
And here’s the best part…
Once your first asset is up and running, it’s a simple copy-paste process to create another and find another willing renter.
And you’d potentially only need a handful to get that $10,000/month that Max Tornow is always talking about.
This income is mostly passive though. Instead of coaching people and marketing your business every day, you could be traveling the globe or spending quality time at home with your children.
That’s regardless of whether you have any skills worth teaching.

But only if you have a good product or service to sell in the first place…
Freedom Business Mentoring Alternatives
There are plenty of online courses that’ll teach you the basics of online marketing, whether that’s affiliate marketing courses like Legendary Marketer or lead generation courses like Digital CEOs.
There are courses like Remote Closing Academy that’ll teach you how to make sales over the phone.
However, as far as online courses that teach you all of these skills specifically for a coaching business, there’s less competition.
Freedom Business Mentoring Review: What’s The Conclusion?

If you’re a talented coach, you might like this course. If you have no expertise to share with anyone, it’s unlikely to help you.
There are other online business models that can generate passive income for normal people with no skills.
But online coaching isn’t one of them.
Top Alternative / #1 Way To Make Money
I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:
- I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing
- I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
- I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify
And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.
That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: Digital Leasing.
