TLDR: Have You Found The Right YouTube Ads Masterclass?
I know you’re here for a quick rundown on AdOutreach, so I’ll try to be quick and effective! AdOutreach, in short, is a done-for-you (or rather with-you) service ready to make you the next YouTube ad mogul.
This one differs from the usual run-of-the-mill DFY services in that it lets you do everything with guidance rather than just throwing a finished product in front of you and having you deal with it like a kitten with a one-pound steak. That’s good!
Over the course of 10 weeks, you get to learn and do a sort of play-along with creating ads, funnels, scriptwriting, ad placement strategy, and more, all with a dedicated coach who watches your steps and tells you when you make a wrong one.
Aleric Heck, the creator of this program, once upon a time started a YouTube channel named AppFind. It began as an app review channel but later developed into tech reviews and that sort of thing. This channel has close to 600k subscribers today, which might make you think, “Great, I’m learning from a pro.”
While that’s true, a bunch of people have pointed out that what’s taught in the program is a bit… outdated.
Now, I am not one to read into user reviews too much, but there’s more evidence to back these claims up:
Aleric’s YouTube channel seems not to be doing so well lately. His latest videos rarely break 15k views, and some struggle to hit even 5k. Not exactly confidence-inspiring, especially when you consider that his top videos, now almost a decade old, used to count millions in viewership.
So how’s a man who can’t keep up with his own channel going to help you? Probably with some luck and a bit of fairy dust.
Now, you do you, but if I’m going skydiving, I’d like to have an instructor who’s been on a plane before.
Has Aleric been on one, figuratively speaking? Sure, but it seems like it’s been a while, and he might have forgotten some of the moves.
So, instead of dropping a couple of grand just to see the damage, why not choose a business where the odds are in your favor?
Digital Leasing is a brand new, straightforward way of making passive income that takes advantage of your local market—Less competition and no need for crossing fingers that Aleric’s fairy dust works its magic.
It’s actually quite a no-brainer:
- Rank a website as #1 in your local Google search, like “Best landscapers.”
- Reach out to landscaping businesses and tell them you have a cool spot for their business on your website
- Have them pay you $500-$2,000 each month as new customers start pouring through their doors.
The best part? You can rank and rent as many of these websites as you want, making scaling super easy.

Time Investment | 2 out of 5 stars | It can take a while to get things going with YouTube. The 10-week program is just the start; expect months of ongoing work. |

Ease Of Implementation | 2 out of 5 stars | Creating and optimizing YouTube ads comes with a steep learning curve. Even with a coach, it can get complex and challenging if you’re a beginner |

Who Benefits From AdOutreach & Who Doesn’t?
Aleric Heck seemed to have wanted to be another Marques Brownlee with his tech YouTube channel. He didn’t quite succeed, but can he help you become one? Let’s see:
This Program Might Be for You If:
- You Have a Big Advertising Budget: If you have a lot of cash to pour into YouTube ads, AdOutreach could help you get a good return.
- You’re an Experienced Entrepreneur: If you already run a successful business and want to boost it with YouTube video ads, AdOutreach offers a service that can help you scale up.
- You Have a Successful YouTube Channel: If your YouTube channel is already doing well and you want to monetize it even more, AdOutreach could take your channel to the next level.
This Program Might Not Be for You If:
- You’re on a Tight Budget: If money is tight, the high cost of the program and the ads themselves might be too much to handle.
- You Need Reliable Customer Support: If you need quick and helpful answers to your questions, you might get frustrated. Many users have reported poor support experiences, which can be a real headache.
- You Prefer Up-to-Date Materials: If staying competitive with the latest information is important for you, outdated training materials in the program might hold you back.
Where do you stand? Are you leaning more towards giving it a go or steering clear? AdOutreach isn’t the be-all and end-all program. If it doesn’t click for you, keep an eye out for some alternatives I’ll be covering later.

Who Is Aleric Heck?
Aleric Heck is a big name in digital marketing, especially with YouTube ads. He kicked off his career when he was just 12 by creating the YouTube channel AppFind, which used to be the largest app review channel at the time. AppFind focuses on app reviews and tech tutorials, showing Aleric’s ability to understand and use digital platforms.
Aleric also launched AdOutreach, a company that helps businesses design and optimize YouTube ad campaigns to increase traffic and sales. His efforts have earned him a good reputation and an estimated net worth of around $5 million. Adding to his program repertoire, he created OmniPresent Retargeting, an advanced ad program that targets leads across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Aleric attended Chelmsford High School and later graduated from the Isenberg School of Management with a Bachelor of Business Administration. His career in digital marketing is marked by his innovative strategies, making him a sought-after advisor. With a track record of helping companies achieve great returns on their ad investments, Aleric Heck is, at least for some, the go-to guy in the online marketing space.

What is YouTube Marketing?
YouTube marketing, in essence, starts with making cool videos to promote a brand, product, or service. With YouTube’s massive audience, it’s a popular way for businesses to reach a lot of people and get more traffic and sales.
But YouTube advertising comes with challenges you might not like. It can be a good way to make money when it works. When it doesn’t, well… let’s just say there are issues. Here are a few:
- Ad Skipping: People often skip ads after just a few seconds, which makes it hard for you to get your message across. This leads to wasted money and lower engagement.
- High Competition: With millions of videos uploaded every day, new channels have a hard time standing out. Even great videos can get lost in the mess.
- Ad Blockers: It feels like everyone today is using ad blockers to avoid seeing ads. This can kill the reach of your marketing, yet again wasting your money without showing results.
- Content Approval: Getting ads approved on YouTube can be a hassle, especially for sensitive or controversial topics. This can cause delays and extra costs as you tweak your content to fit the rules.
- Algorithm Changes: YouTube often changes its algorithm, which can affect how well your videos do. Videos can start pretty well only to later tank in viewership.
YouTube advertising can work, and it does for some, but is it worth the gamble, especially when you invest in a pricey, done-for-you service? Maybe not so much.
Instead of trying to be the next Mr. Beast, why not aim for something more realistic yet still rewarding?
Digital Leasing lets you tap into your local market, away from competition and the whims of third-party platforms. Eager to try it out? Go here to learn more.
How Much Does AdOutreach Cost?
Aleric Heck doesn’t openly share the price of his service online. To get the exact cost, you’ll need to schedule a strategy session with the AdOutreach team.
From what I’ve gathered, it starts at around $3,000, and that’s not even counting the paid ads spend, which can easily tack on a few more thousand.
Can You Get a Refund?
When it comes to getting a refund from AdOutreach, their policy is pretty strict. Usually, once you buy into their program, you’re not getting your money back.
In rare cases, they might consider a refund if you have a solid reason (or if they underdeliver, which has happened). They claim to resolve concerns quickly, but results can vary.
My Opinion: Are The AdOutreach Scam Allegations Legit?
Ok, so here’s a shocker: YouTube creators earn, *drum roll*… $0.01 to $0.03 per ad on average! Wow, that sucks.
That’s actually true, and when you factor in that every fourth viewer uses an ad blocker, you realize why a lot of creators partner with brands and do sponsored ads (not that those don’t make me slap that right arrow key to skip the section).
YouTube has tried battling this system, but new ad blockers keep popping up every day, each one more sophisticated than the last in going around YouTube’s ad blocker “fixes.”
The truth is, ads can and will be blocked, and even if not, they’re more likely to get annoying than make someone buy. That is unless you have a successful channel that has an honest and good following and you choose to promote products that:
- Make sense, considering the audience that follows you.
- Generally don’t suck but bring real value.
- Aren’t overpriced for what they do.
Listen, I’m sort of a YouTube addict, and I love spending time with my favorite channels. If I trust them, I’ll definitely consider buying something they recommend… but only then.
What’s Aleric’s claim? Well, that you can monetize pretty much anything.
I disagree. Trying to push stuff to your audience solely for making money won’t go a long way. Maybe that’s why his YouTube channel has fallen flat from the millions of views it used to have.
YouTube channels discredit themselves with sales tactics and scams and end up ignored. Is AdOutreach a scam? I don’t think so, but I’ve seen it happen more than once when a business becomes a bit too greedy and pays the price for it.
Besides that, YouTube is a jungle. It’s the second most popular social media platform with more than 2.70 billion monthly active users. Do you want to try your luck competing in that environment? Or would you rather fight fish in a smaller pond and have better chances of succeeding?
If your common sense is kicking in, maybe you should look into local lead generation with Digital Leasing:
- Rank a website.
- Lease it out to local businesses.
- Collect semi-passive income each month.
No need to fight the world for attention. Chill in your own backyard and build a business that you can run from anywhere without the stress of ad performance and competition slicing your profits.

I also have reviews for two other courses focused on YouTube for real estate lead generation.
The first is Passive Prospecting, which offers various training options at different price points.
The second my review covers David Omari’s course, which includes direct mentoring but is quite expensive and lacks a strong community. While the training has its merits, the overall potential for profit on YouTube may be limited for many.
Conclusion: It Can Be That Bad, Right?
Alright, so I spent some time checking out AdOutreach—it has some interesting stuff, but honestly, recommending it to everyone feels a bit tricky.
Here’s the thing: it’s not cheap, reviews are all over the place, and the content seems a little outdated. Plus, getting help when you need it can be a hassle. For someone just starting out with YouTube marketing, AdOutreach is likely to feel overwhelming, if not irrelevant.
There’s a different path, though!
Digital Leasing offers a system that’s been proven to work, helping you build a profitable online business without all the YouTube drama or hefty upfront costs.
